The Artificial Intelligence (AI) insights, rebalancing suggestions, macroscopic overviews, and Consensus Signals provided by the platform are generated programmatically and do not constitute professional financial or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you execute. We hold no liability for financial losses incurred by relying on AI outputs.
While Portfolio features automated tax report generation (such as XML templates for the Serbian Tax Administration PPPPD or general capital gains calculations), it is provided "as is". Tax laws evolve constantly. You agree that it is your absolute responsibility to verify any generated tax return with a certified accountant before submission. We assume no liability for penalties, fines, or audits resulting from the submission of documents generated by this software.
The application utilizes services like Interactive Brokers (IBKR) Flex Web Service to securely fetch trading activities. By providing your Flex Query Token, you grant us permission to act as a pass-through intermediary to process your import tasks. Ensure that your provided tokens possess only read-level statement access per the official broker guidelines.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach platform stability. Similarly, you maintain the autonomous right to invoke a permanent deletion of your profile, at which time all relational data will be permanently hard-erased from our core databases without retention.
